MDpay Digital TV
The
3-D Secure protocol sets several security requirements for digital TV
implementation. In the implementation card numbers can be copied over
un-encrypted communication lines and a method of authenticating the
issuer to the cardholder is used. Additionally, a trusted third party,
such as digital TV operator, should manage the software distribution.
