The Tallinn, Estonia -based Modirum company MDpay Ou is offering hosted Payment Service Provider -services as a part of its MDpay OnDemand offering.

Hosted Services is giving customers access to PSP management
capabilities without having to invest in expensive hardware such as a
digital POS, ACS and MPI platforms and computer-telephony integration.
MDpay OnDemand is opening up a whole new world for issuers
and acquirers - They'll be able to get world-class payment solutions
without having to build a world-class PSP service.
