News Luottokunta The Visa Member and Issuer and Acquirer Luottokunta opened the 1st nationwide Verified by Visa service with all the banks in Finland - the following issuers are offering the Verified by Visa service based on MDpay 3-D Secure ACS Aktia Savings Bank Alandsbanken Handelsbanken HYPO Bank Nordea OKO Bank and its member co-op banks Paikallisosuuspankit (Regional Co-op Banks) Sampo Bank Savings Banks Group MDpay based MasterCard SecureCode service will be opened by Luottokunta and the issuers early 2004.
